I have met Mr. Dotson, and frankly, you couldn't have done much better. He is a class act and a good man. If you were expecting or hoping for some ignorant follower or ghetto guy, you are gonna be sorely disappointed. This is a fantastic promotion. You may hate the council, but this is an excellent promotion if you are about wanting someone smart, fair and honest in the position....

People that say "they" and "us" are just as much of the problem as the people making a conscious effort to put a black person(male or female) in any role they can.
