To be arrested 55 times you have to have been released 54. Can't put it all on him.

One of the first good felony arrest I made was a guy from Baker. He was in a house without permission and was stuffing handguns that the elderly resident owned in his pockets. He was 21 and that was his 24th arrest. Apparently his mom was a law professor at Southern
