I frequent the Beer Garden, Cypress Coast, Govt Taco, Calandro's, and that pizza place near the baby killing place. I've never found the area to be dangerous in the daytime or nighttime. I used to know a guy who lived directly behind the Calandro's area. This was 5 years ago. They (Jeff and his wife) and their neighbors told me that area was quiet.

Personally, I would not live anywhere in BR anywhere, though. That's just a personal decision.

Yeah those places have opened and are property crimes suddenly non existent? For someone not familiar with BR you can do much better than mid city.
