5 kids, one of the babies died due to prematurity(which many twins are born premature). I think we can all agree that no matter what our thoughts on her having so many babies so young...she has already had to suffer a horrible loss and for that should have some sympathy. Having your baby die has to be one of the most heartbreaking losses.
