I like the Topper Stopper idea, but who does it help? Are you putting it on the end of the nozzle so after you remove it from the car it doesn't drip on the ground? I imagine the cost of implementing them on all gas pumps is probably more than the cost of the drops of gasoline they would be saving. The customer already paid for those drips, right?
