Back to COVID. Question for OT experts

I know the virus doesn’t act like flu, but at this point, in terms of hospitalizations and deaths, what do the daily numbers need to look like for us to be at flu levels? Are we there yet? I have to think that semi normal life can be resumed when we get there.

Covid has been cured by the riots. Its ok to have gatherings of hundreds of people standing shoulder to shoulder now.
