Humanity's natural proclivity is to its own demise, whether externally or internally.

Men who fought and died for this country only to have it destroyed from within

I am willing to die on the hill to make sure those men and women are never forgotten or besmirched because now or in 30 years from now some smart arse kid who doesn’t appreciate the sacrifice those fine young people made tries to get them canceled for god knows what reason. They sacrificed everything so those smart arse kids could crucify them without any kind of retribution.
Heroes all of them. World War II was America’s greatest hour from top to bottom.

We will see patriotism and national pride again one day. After Pearl Harbor you had young men willing to stand up and fight for our country. And the country stood united in one voice for America. Then you saw unity fall apart with the civil rights movement and the Vietnam war.
We had 9/11 and again this country was unified and ready to kick arse. Everyone was patriotic and American flags were everywhere. And almost 20 years later, here we are again divided as nation.
History has a way of repeating itself and this nation will come together again. But I hope that it doesn’t come from a disaster or significant loss of life

Not sure that even lasted a year, my guy. Keep hope alive, though.
