And that is 97% of those alive.

Now you are just making shite up.

This is why there can be no honest discussion on most any issue today, the hacks on both sides.

But hey, Bill Nye says so therefore it is indisputable fact, he is the science guy after all.

No, I’m simply stating that the reason so many people reject climate change is because the left has completely politicized and are always proposing more taxes and regulation to fix it. People don’t like that so they just dismiss the entire idea.

Right; it goes against your political stance so you have to dig in.

You are admitting that it is a problem, but your politics make you shut it out.

So closed minded.

Quit trying to only believe facts that make your political stance right. It is ok to not agree with everything one side says. This shouldn't be a political problem. Being one is killing 'solutions'
Lol dude what “facts” are you saying I’m denying. I’m telling you that the Marxist left has absolutely hijacked the climate change movement. To the detriment of the actual climate change movement.

The proposed solutions go against my political stance.

Ive stated at least 3 times in this thread that climate change is a problem so I really don’t know what you’re talking about.

I see you're backing into "both sides"-ing this after providing the scientific consensus of thousands of the worlds scientists. Classic defeatism.

bigly

Their biggest issue is they have been caught fudging their numbers so many times no one will take them seriously ever again.

Temp is temp, stop adjusting the reporting.

And also say

Which makes no sense.

Unless your political stance is to ignore your personal beliefs if they conflict with your political.

I'm assuming you are against giving subsidies to green energy/solution is what this is really about.

Slick thinks the end of the world needs to be profitable before we do anything about it. Simply stunning.

He is inadvertently supporting subsidies for ideas that work against his personal beliefs because they work in favor of his political ones

I'm sure he will come back with being against all subsidies.

It makes perfect sense. I can acknowledge the problem while also rejecting the proposed solutions. I can even point out that many of the proposed solutions are more about taxes and power than the actual climate. And furthermore, I can even acknowledge that there is a problem while also pointing out that the political left is doing more harm than good by allowing the climate change problem to be hijacked by radical leftists.

Do a little research about prehistoric climates and you will quickly see that all the global warming BS you believe is just that. BS.

Yes. I think you believe that sense I said I’d like to see more market based solutions presented that I think the word solution means subsidies. Not sure how you got there but right now you’re just putting words into my mouth because you apparently aren’t capable of comprehending what I’m saying.

Negative. Never even hinted at that. If that’s what you took from my posts then you are blinded by your own bias or are just incapable of basic comprehension skills. Take your pick.

My comprehension skills might be lacking. It could also be because you have jumped around.

You said there are no free market solutions. I mentioned there are plenty happening every day because consumers are asking for it. Then you said you were talking about activists (politicians) solutions. I then acknowledged that politicians will come up with political solutions when faced with a challenge and that you shouldn't get caught up with that.

I'm for subsidies to emerging technology. It so happens that a lot of those technologies right now are green.
