It was ok. I think he probably did most of the killings.

Kind of hard to live up to that. It's like Serial for me, nothing will beat Season 1.

finished the last episode. sigh

this had a lot of potential. I still don't know if I believe Wayne killed those kids or if it was another serial killer.

They tried sooo hard and put sooo much effort into making this a black and white thing or a racial thing. To put it on the KKK and make Wayne into just a regular weird dude at the wrong place at the wrong time. It got old really quick.

Well, it clearly did have a racial element. Why deny it?

Very little time was devoted to that.

not denying. no denying it during that day and age in the South. But why spend every episode hinting about that and trying to further support that. why not instead find better interviews, more evidence, and dig deeper to actually pin point who killed these innocent kids? IF that was the underlying motivation, expose it. If not, find the underlying motivation. Makes me wonder what the actual point of the podcast series was.

I think he was hoping he could find another suspect and just realized that was not going to happen.

I will say that it seems unlikely that WW killed all those people. Also, what is the actual explanation for launching an adult dead body over a 6 foot high barrier? I'm actually open to the possibility that WW is innocent.
