I had tons of problems with Cox. I work over a vpn, and Cox would constantly lose service for a couple of seconds at a time, shutting down my vpn session. It was a huge pain in the arse. Switched to ATT fiber, and it has been great.

I was in Metairie over the 4th and couldn't connect to my company using Cox. I tried a neighbor's ATT and connected immediately. I came home to Houston and connected immediately with Comcast.

Internet 1 - Cox 0

but when Att fiber hits my neighborhood, its game over for cox.

Just because its fiber doesn't mean it won't suck.
It IS AT&T, after all.

Same here, it works without issue. I just hate paying for it.

Yeah after the flood all of the people with AT&T were down for 7-10 days in our neighborhood. Cox was up the next day. I hate paying $88 for 150 mbps but the service itself is fantastic in my neighborhood. AT&T is a garbage company. I deal with them at work quite a bit.
