I had cox cable/internet for years and years between baton rouge and lafayette living. Once I moved to a city where uverse was available I got it. Zero complaints. 2 weeks ago my DVR wouldnt play its recordings, so I called customer service the next morning and they got a new box out to me the next day. There may be issues in more rural areas, but in the city I haven't come across any.

Yes. I've had it for over 5 years. Have only had to call maybe 3 times for problems. They always walked me through it in a few minutes. Normally it was my dumbass not knowing what I was doing.
