Complaining about having to sign related HIPPA documentation.

So in addition to be a complete moron, you’re going to start lying too?

They don’t want to sign an NDA. There is nowhere that says that NDA is hipaa documentation. The homeland security guy says the document prohibits him from sharing ANY information that would come from those lists. He also mentions how he was told to stop asking questions when asking why the numbers on the dashboards don’t match the lists he’s being given.

Obviously you didn’t listen to the radio interviews. Not surprising.

He also talks about how the first responder lists they are sent have names and addresses of people that have tested positive. Why, exactly, can’t they be given the “correct” lists from a hipaa perspective?

When was this?

There have been multiple examples pointed out in the daily numbers threads. Go look them up yourself.

Contact tracers have nothing to do with reporting the numbers.

I’m sure you will try to say this was an attempt at answering a direct question. Except it doesn’t answer the question at all. Here, I’ll repost it for you again:

“Btw, you had a big issue earlier in the thread with the education requirements of sheriffs that could potentially have access to protected health information. Why don’t you tell us about the education requirements of the hundreds of contact tracers now employed by the state that have access to even more protected health information than these sheriffs would have?”

And also, why don’t you want to talk about “knighting” and “anecdotal evidence” anymore?

What does that have to do with their education requirements?

Why don’t want to address the fact that you were caught in a lie?

Just wanted to make sure.

The requirements call for a HS graduate. They may allow GEDs though.

Even so, I'm not sure they have as much info as what the sheriff's/homeland security people will be shown. They could be I guess.

It’s very obvious you have a seriously limited cognitive capacity, so that’s certainly understandable.

So the same as the sheriffs that you do t want having access to protected health information. How interesting.

There are 700+ contact tracers. How many sheriffs in the state of Louisiana?

If you had listened to, and were capable of understanding, the interviews you would know the lists given to those groups are first responder lists that have names and contact information so responders will know if they’re interacting with a covid person.

Contact tracers need to have, at minimum, names and contact information for the person that tested positive. Then they need to get names and contact information for all the other people the positive person has contacted.

They could be I guess.

They could also just be given a list of positives in their specific parish, while contact tracers have a list for the entire state.

They could also just be given a list with names and addresses, while contact tracers have access to the entire patient record in the database.

Why don’t you want to address the fact that you were caught in a lie?

I'm not going to lie bro, I didn't read any of this last post. I'm headed to bed.

The last few responses have just been aimed at seeing if I could get you to copy and paste that grammatically incorrect sentence over and over.

I don't even care about grammar, but I find it amusing because I am reading as if you are Tarzan.

It’s not as if it would’ve changed the content of this reply either way. Remember, you’ve mastered the art of the “bitch move”

Oh, so that’s why you’ve continued to provide non-answers to direct questions in each of those last few responses.

Just like you did throughout the rest of the thread before those last few responses.

Just like you did in the walk-ons thread.

quote:

grammatically incorrect sentence

So you admit to reading that question 4 different times but failing to answer it.

Like I said, you may be a complete moron but you’ve definitely mastered the art of the “bitch move”

quote:

You care about it enough to respond about the grammar instead of the question itself, trying to determine why you won’t address the fact that you were caught in a lie.

What does it say about your cognitive abilities if you’re unable to answer direct questions from Tarzan?

Pretty convinced this is the person who puts the LA covid spreadsheet together for JBE every day.

He's in EVERY thread about LA covid information/numbers defending them to no end. It's gotta be exhausting and I can't see anyone being so passionate about defending the state numbers unless they have some personal connection.
