Can having asthma make me fail a pre-employment physical even if it is under contro?

Unlikely.
Edit: No, it wouldn't unless you're applying to be a diver or something unique that has special requirements.

Only if it's not under control

I'd say if you take the physical and your asthma acts up during the physical, that would not be under control.
Other than that you should be fine.

I have a pre employment physical with another plant, I passed my respirator fit test and Pulmonary functiom test at the plant I'm currently at. I'm just worried the plant I'm transitioning to may have different requirements. Thanks for answering btw. Also for whathe is worth I'm an operator.
