Even though this was in Arizona, this article has Florida written all over it. How does someone let there house and family get like this? Maybe I'm just a neat freak and need my house and kids to be clean.

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Police found five children between the ages of 3 and 8 living in horrific conditions in Glendale, Ariz., an arrest report says.
Investigators described the home, in the 4700 block of West Palo Verde Avenue, as being riddled with animal and human feces, rotting trash and insects. Investigators reported that the children were periodically locked in a bedroom for hours without bathroom breaks.
Glendale police arrested the mother of four of the children, Jillian Wheeler, 27, on Oct. 26. She is expected to face charges of child or vulnerable-adult abuse.
The fifth child's relationship to Wheeler was not immediately unclear.
The report said that after interviewing Wheeler's estranged husband and an adult resident of the home, investigators determined that since November 2014, the children had been locked in a bedroom and, despite screaming to be let out, were left to defecate on the floor. The home had no working toilet, and all of the children slept amid human and animal waste. They were unwashed and wearing dirty clothes when police responded to a report of child abuse in the residence.

Arizona is just as bad as Florida in a lot of ways.

People like this deserve to live in the same filth and be treated like they treat their kids. Then she needs to be executed.

Do you think she was living somewhere else?

Article said she locked the kids in a room for hours at a time. Who knows what she was doing at that time.

These are stories that make me consider the removal of reproductive ability as an acceptable punishment.

Sadly, cases like this can be common and are only caught by law enforcement during chance encounters.

Kinda like those kids in the commercials where just 25¢ a day will feed and clothe little Julio for a year.

When do authorities expect the relationship to be unclear?
