Well, that’s what Marxism aspires to, yet never delivers on THANK GOD!!!!
But yeah, that’s definitely the goal of all Marxists, as foolish and evil as it is.
Except, in contrast to Harrison Bergeron, there will not be an equal in the sight of God, for there will be no God allowed in this Marxism. The only true god in that thought process is the State.

It has to get much, much worse before that. If you click off the TV and ignore social media, there's very little indication that anything is happening.
The average family man has to have sincere desire to protect his family before he is ready to give up his life.
