Are UPS stores open in NOLA?

I have some time sensitive stuff to ship and according to a national UPS press release their stores are considered essential and open but the UPS store I normally go to isn't picking up the phone. I'd rather not waste time to go over there if they're closed but if anyone has any info on this that'd be helpful. And it has to be UPS. The labels are already printed and paid for.

Yes. Designated as essential business so they should be. You could always call.

UPS stores are open. I called one in Metairie and they answered the phone.
You can always give it to a UPS driver if you see him in the neighborhood.

Which UPS Store did you call, when did you call them, and did you try calling more than one? They might have been too busy with customers to answer the line.

Called the one on Claiborne. But they just picked up. apprently their hours are adjusted. 10-2. That was not reflected on google maps or I beleive in the press release.
