Fun fact: there are more tower cranes in operation in Seattle than in LA amd NY combined. This local economy is red hot with no end in site.

Hell I was in Seattle two summers ago and was blown away by all of the construction activity. From downtown to the neighborhoods there didn't seem to be an area that didn't have something going on.

If you do roads, there's a big construction project on Bourbon St going on that's way behind schedule and will likely be several times as expensive as the original budget.
