I buy big packs of those little plastic flossers and use one every night.

Those little plastic toothpick things are horrible if you have closely spaced teeth. I couldn't control the insertion force, and I killed my gums when I tried them. Plus, you're supposed to use a fresh segment of floss every few spaces if not every space. Costco (and Sam's, at least a couple years ago) sell some excellent Oral-B floss that glides easily between the teeth, and it ain't expensive.

Use one for a while then go back to a manual brush. You'll notice the difference.

Been using a sonicare for the last 10 years. With a breif interlude with an oral B. Preferred the sonicare over anything else. Nothing gets my teeth as clean.

Also the Glide plastic floss slash pick things are the greatest things ever.

I don't guess it has to be sonic care brand (I've had better brands and worse).

But have you tried one? I hate using regular tooth brushes now.
