Home tests are fine, just make sure to set everything up like you are supposed to do.
If you need a machine, get a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset for Her, whether you are male or female. Resmed makes several models, EVERY word in "Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset for Her" is important.
Go to the forum CPAPtalk.com. Many wonderful folks that will be glad to help with friendly advice (except for palerider, he is a king sized douchenozzle).

It's because so many Americans are obese or morbidly obese. Plus a few who have non weight-related health issues that benefit from a CPAP.

titration is not necessary. my sleep test guy ran out of time, I think he was sleeping also. he wrote down 15 inches of water pressure for the setting. it was too high and blowing the mask off continuously . I reduced the pressure to 13 inches and have slept great for the last 7 years. if your machine info is not included the internet has it readily available
