re: Are food trucks trashy?

Roach coach drivers would go to a "kitchen" and buy what they wanted to serve that day. They stocked their own truck with the amount/selection they knew they could sell. One old black dude always had cigars and cigarettes on hand.

The concept is to me, but in practice they are actually has turned out to be pretty awesome. Good food and a great variety of stuff most of the time.
