Only 5 companies worldwide actually make TV screens, where the biggest difference lies is in the speakers. The screen will look decent, and the speakers will suck.....horribly.

Element's guts are decent as well fwiw, better for the money than most people would think. I have a 50inch black Friday special from Walmart that's 2 years old. Still going strong.

Their screens are made by Changhong, which is the #1 TV company in China. The same screen is on a lot of "lower tier" tvs.

Not bad for the price. We have been using a 27" at work for all the sporting events on regular tv channels for the last 2 years. No complaints yet

I have old school Gateway speakers. they p;=lug into the TV.
