Haha. I been out the game and fattened up like Skillet albeit 3 inches taller than his alterego. I'll be 249 if i'm lucky Saturday for FatBoy5k.
But the focus is there and determination to make a solid comeback is entact. I want a 23 min 5k by first cool Saturday in Fall.


eta: that said, even when I'm training hard and lean as 200lbs I only ran 22-25 miles a week as I was/am a 5k guy.
Lots of intervals,pickups,cutdowns, etc.

How is everyone holding up? I am basically at a point where if I'm not running my legs feel like arse. Crossing my fingers that bionic legs are on the horizon of technology.
