Any of you guys had to use Apple care on your iPhone? I got it when I bought mine and got the ear speaker wet accidentally the other day. The volume when I call is very low but people on the other end hear me clear. Does Apple care cover this.

They should. Took an iPad pro with a broken screen and they replaced the entire device for $49. Not free but insanely cheaper than screen replacement.

I've had AppleCare for about 5 years now. It's never disappointed me. I'd take it in, tell them the situation, and mention you have AppleCare for the phone. They'll more than likely replace your phone with a "new" one. This has been my experience every time I've had problems with my iPhone. If it's an easy fix, then I believe they will just fix it for no charge.

Just tell them you're having reception issues and you think it's the antenna. They will replace it no questions asked
