Apple quietly considering major investment in DC area

Northern Virginia specifically, not DC itself. Still quite a nice investment if they come here. With Apple and Amazon both this will be quite the place.

I thought Apple had a major investment in DC with all the Congressmen and Senators they "subsidize".
