It's sickeningly clear how irrelevant innocence or guilt is to our "judicial" system.

IA, it's sad that accusations seem to be enough in today's society to ruin someone's reputation

Wow this Kinsel case BS is insane. The guy is clearly innocent. State govt is trying to keep him in prison so he can't get out and sue them for all they're worth

Same thing in the West Memphis 3 case. DNA evidence would have exonerated them. Still, the state refused to retry them and kept them on death row for years until they eventually worked out a bullshite alfred plea to get out of jail, but had no recourse against the state and were not exonerated.

Total bullshite.

this was a comment someone made about the show

quote:

Just finished watching the The Truth about Sex in College. It was very well done. When injustice is done in such an unfair and unbalanced way, such as what happens to some men in college cases these days, we are in danger of being seen as a society that has lost all understanding of what right is, of what justice is.

It seems as if we have achieved a level of acceptable insanity when it comes to accusing and punishing men of rape when there is no real evidence that ANY crime has occurred or indeed that any real evidence seems to be needed to remove the man from college and ruin his life. One guy was found guilty because he couldn't offer PROOF of consent. What??? The case had already been closed and was found that both had used poor judgement. They appealed and because he couldn't give PROOF of consent the decision was reversed. Unfairness like this can also act as a roadblock that can end up harming other women in true cases of rape in the future because many will believe that the process is suspect, and rightly so.

What is just is what is JUST for BOTH sides. To have to say this simply shines a light on just how bad it has gotten and just how false activism has become a type of madness on college campuses and is spilling over into every day life outside of college.

We need to address this problem or we ourselves, in some form or fashion, may become of victim of this type of mindset in the future, and it doesn't have to be about rape. We need to take heed to ourselves that we don't end up a victims as well. I heavily suggest that we do not ignore this.

Fox News, IMO, has major production issues. Everything is a BREAKING ALERT. It is all designed to induce fear. Then when they get some real news, like the former DHS official turned whistle blower that claims his investigaiton might have stopped the San Bernardino attack but was shut down because of 'racial profiling', they only interview the guy for 120 seconds. WTF? If that guy is telling the truth and it is a real news story then give him a 30 minute interview and let people form their own opinions instead of having a guy sitting next to him explain why this makes Obama evil.
