Anyone use washable air filters?

Looking into maybe getting a couple for my house. They seem to save a lot of money over time but not filter as well as they dont carry a MERV rating like disposables.

I think they actually filter better than the disposable filters...only negative is the inconvenience of washing them out and replacing when dry.

Yep I use a K&N, it was with the truck when I bought it, so far its work very well. I clean it often as I can notice a slight better mpg when cleaned. Just follow the directions and keep the MAS clean.

A decent 3M filter is like $4. changed every 3-4 months.
