Keep thinking your little toy will help you get in shape and I will keep being in better shape than you will ever be.

I don't ever check my sleep patterns because I'm an insomniac. I use the fitbit for tracking steps and heart rate.

night of drinking heavily, it thinks I'm dead. 6 straight hours of nothing.

I'm just the opposite. Many more times awake and way more restless minutes after a night of drinking-probably because I have to get up 3-4 times during the night to piss. I'm averaging 6 hours and 40 minutes of sleep per night. Trying to get more, but the older I get, the less sleep I seem to need.

Yeah. Mine is accurate as hell. The step monitor isn't terrible for mine, my gear interferes slightly. I use the Fibit Surge. It's a little bulky but it works for me.

I have one, and I would say it's very accurate at measuring movement when sleeping.

Have a tempurpedic mattress at home and I sleep extremely well, there's a noticeable difference when I'm sleeping at the fire station once a week. Mattresses there aren't nearly as comfortable
