Anyone remember the 'urban animals' from houston circa late 80s/early 90s?

these guys used to show up at all the incense-fests downtown on old school rollerskates and have jousting matching with big arse PVC pipes and knock each other on their asses on the pavement.
good times and lots of road rash/blood letting.

Yep I remember, one of them used to live downstairs from me in my apt. complex. If she saw me in my car, she'd grab on to my bumper and I'd tow her where ever she was going.
