The struggle is real.

Thanks in advance.

Vaping cured me. I have been at it since 2013 and I haven't picked up a cig since. For a while I was smoking 2 PAD.

Of course, now I have a new habit, but at least the research is saying that it's much safer than smoking (though still has some risk). Another issue is that I vape up my house with big clouds which can accumulate on walls and glass (it leaves a film). However, there is no odor.

Stop being a puss. Put the shite down and tell yourself you're not getting any more.

Did it suck? Yes
13 years later I still wish I had one every now and then. As soon as that thought comes, I tell myself "Tough shite, you're not getting it".

End of story.

Ditto. It was my favorite thing to do...well mostly. But yeah, now I can't stand the smell of it. It was probably the most difficult thing I've ever done but well worth it financially and health wise. Used to get so bus headaches a few times a week, now hardly ever. Used to cough up about a gallon of snot per day, now....nada.

I didn't read any books, just used the patch and ecigs if I really "nicced out". There's a little booklet inside the box that the patches come in that tells you websites you can go to or phone numbers you can call if you need help or encouragement. Good luck!

I never smoked, but thw knowledge of what it does to the body influences me to help others quit.

It is terrible.

I quit cold turkey after 21 years of smoking. I haven't had very many ill effects like headaches or a short temper. I've noticed a lot more white hairs sprouting. Even though I haven't had a short temper, my stress level has gone thru the roof.

I've gained about 20 lbs and went from a 33" waist to a 36" waist.

Everything tastes different and smells different. Spicy food is spicier. Coke and Dr. Pepper taste WAY different.

There have been positives and negatives. Feel free to ask me any questions you have. It's been 5 months +/- free for me.

I quit smoking after about 12 years of smoking. It is coming up on 2 years since my last cig. I used the patch to initially quit. Only thing of use I think that I can say is that with every craving that you say no to it becomes easier. Maybe knowing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel makes it easier.
