I have a couple beater cars for strictly mileage reasons (I drive a LOT):
2006 Nissan Altima V6 - 226k but now parked due to major issues over the last 10k miles. Ran like a champ before it was stolen for 3 months, taken apart by said thieves in an attempt to part it out and do a trans swap with THEIR Altima, and pieced back together before they were caught.
2008 Toyota Corolla - 175k and running strong. Regular maintenance, a fuel pump at about 165k, and now needs new brakes
Weekend/non-work car is a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with 40k on it that's already had a laundry list of issues and shop visits. One more visit for anything trans related and it qualifies for the lemon law. Stay away from the Trailhawk if you are ever interested in a new Jeep Cherokee, as these problems seem to be common.

Every vehicle I've owned going back to the 1980s has gone over 100K.
Mercury Cougar 105K.
Dodge Colt 147K
Ford Ranger 168K
Dodge Dakota 177K
Jeep Patriot 170K and still runs great.
Very few problems with any of them. Will likely drive the Patriot to 200K and trade it in.

I estimated that I drive, on average, 28k miles a year so I can hit 100k in less than 5 years.

170,000 miles. Toyota 4 Runner, 1998. Still running good.
