I used to work for a Dentist in Covington that had married a former stripper. They had two beautiful sons before she went off the rails.
He was a good dude, but admittedly lived a rather fast life (he would sport a full length mink coat at times during cold weather).
I had worked for him for a few months and we had become friends. One day, while having lunch he told me that he and his former stripper wife were on the outs and he was getting a divorce. He was going on and on about all the fricked up shite he had to put up with dealing with her. I asked him how he thought it would go, having a family with a stripper and having her help raise his kids. He just shook his head.
His divorce was getting nasty and a few weeks later, I got the call on a Sunday morning that he was dead, 38 years old successful with the whole world ahead of him.
That Friday before he died, he got a call from someone he hadn't seen in a while. It was the dude that introduced him to his current wife. Apparently, they hung out that weekend and he was the person that found him Sunday morning dead.
This was 18 years ago and I still think that this dude somehow was responsible for his death and it was planned with the wife.
Moral of the story, don't wife a former stripper.
