naa just got ran off the road and flipped my bike.. got banged up pretty good but been able to shake back. My left elbow scab is almost completely gone and my left inside knee bruise is barely visible.

Last couple times I played pick up basketball I rolled my ankles. Same ankles I've been rolling for the past 25 years. I'm white and short, basketball is not my thing.

Aside from my regular workout I'm getting back into playing tennis. I played last weekend for the first time in 15 years and I think I can pretty much pick it back up like I used to be able to play.

Man I've never been any good at tennis other than just being able to actually play... I don't know what sport would be worse on my ankle... where you playing at, Marconi?

Eta: there is actually some decent nets at the A L Davis playground at Washington and Lasalle that I've never once seen anyone playing on lmao

there are a ridiculous amount of public tennis courts in Jefferson parish, and they are all free
