I had my mortgage with Standard on my house that flooded for Katrina. Allstate paid them my claim directly and they called the same day and had my check, in full, waiting for me.
They were always very easy to deal with.
Even when I sold that house, I had a check in hand that day. Never any issues with them the 3 years I did business with them.

Standard mortgage is good people. Got my mortgage and refinance with them. Excellent customer service and they’re local and won’t sell your mortgage on to another bank. I highly recommend them to everyone.
