AA worked with a guy who would complain about his order to get free meals.
Said since he was a manager at a olive garden (I think) at one point it was his right to get free meals out of the trick.
Dude is white, multiple degrees and parents at least are well off.

I don't need to make up issues, they screw up regularly causing me to drive & pick up what they left off the order. I no longer use delivery apps for this reason.

I only had this issue when living in a large apartment complex where you had no access to the inside of the building with our a key.

No. They always frick it up on their own. Its honestly impressive to me how many times we get something that is wrong or just missing altogether.
We have 3 littles and afterschool activities regularly so we probably order twice a week and we might get a correct order 25% of the time. That's not an exaggeration. We take bets on what will be wrong/ missing as soon as we place the order.
They always give us a refund or at least try to make it right but its bad.

No. I DoorDash a lot but I never make stuff up. That being said, if something is wrong or missing I will report it.
