I had staples and stitches. My skin grew around the drain tube and two stitches causing a boat load of fun when they pulled the tube out. Scrotum stretched like stretch Armstrong.

I had never heard of it, and my nephew had it happen and lost a testicle in the process. Not a month later, a co-worker friend was complaining of similar pains and I urged him to go to the ER immediately. They were able to fix it.
It’s always in the back of my mind for myself and my sons. If it hurts down there, don’t ignore it.

Is this what Andrew Toney, of the 76ers, got? They referred to it, at the time, as a twisted testicle. My friend insisted he got it doing a 360 dunk.

Earlier this year I had immense pain on my right testicle for about a day and a half. It would come and go for a few minutes at a time. I didn't tell anyone.
About a month later, the pain started again and I told someone about it and they said I better hurry and get it checked. He had testicular torsion the previous year and they were able to save his nut.
I almost passed out on my way to the doctor that day the pain was so intense. The doctor said he thought it was an infected gland.
I did get to have a pretty brunette with a nice rack perform the utlrasound on my nuts the next day.
