Recently built in Baton Rouge.
Under roof price:
$241/sqft w/ land
$166/sqft w/o land

Just proves there are too many variables in play for anyone to estimate how much it would cost to build the house you want built without knowing most of those details.

Whirlpool or Wolf Appliances? Only 50k difference in this one tiny aspect of the building process.

So you want to build a “home”? What about making a “garden”? If you do build a house you should use wood in the shape of a “board”.
