I'd think you'd be better off searching "back yard Putt-Putt".
Not trying to be a jerk, but that is more what you are looking to do and much more realistic to maintain IMO. I've worked at a Putt-Putt before and it was extremely easy to maintain. Just used a blower every morning. I don't see why this would not work and not be super expensive.

If it's gonna be a bermuda Grass green you will need a reel mower, my yard is bermuda and last yearI just shaved it, not the type bermuda for a green but I chip every day
