Please explain what a rare vintage bird would be. Do you know how rare the planes are in the show?
A vintage aircraft costs millions of dollars to restore and preserve in flying condition. $20 is a small price to pay to help shows like this exist and help keep the planes flying. I'd pay $20 to tour the B-17 alone.
I've been in the Aluminum Overcast.
FWIW, it's usually $300-$500 for a flight in a vintage bird.

Saw 'Fifi' in Monroe, but the lines were so long, I couldn't get aboard. That B-25 looks sharp as hell.

What really took me by surprise was the amount of open controls. Fly by wire, ya know? If you weren't careful walking around, you could change the course of the airplane
