Private schools are going to raise tuition and families that were barely to get by with their kids in private school are going to be getting these vouchers. I don't know why posters here think that:
1. Only wealthy families are capable of putting kids in private school
2. Schools won't accept extra free money
3. Admissions processes changed overnight
The divide between public and private schools is going to be worse with the vouchers. Private schools will see this as a free stipend among thousands of families and accordingly raise tuition prices. Wealthy families will have no choice but to cough up the cash. Families that barely get these payments by will be able to get some relief from this. The poorest of poors are probably not going to consider private school.

I think it bumps up next year (to 450%?) and the year after is open to all.
That’s better than I was thinking but still a year off for 251% and just above it. These types of programs generally screw the families starting at 251% and just above. Even if that means less $ available for 250% and below families they need to prorate or scale benefits or vouchers for incomes above 250% instead of giving 251% and up nothing.

Supply and demand will still prevail. They can only charge tuition to the extent families can afford it whether by LAGATOR, privately or a combination of the two.
