re: Anyone familiar with delta 8 products?

FDA Disclaimer: I am not a Doctor and I'm not claiming these benefits to be backed up by the FDA. These are purely my own personal experiences in dealing with the cannabis plant.

Everybody is going to be different in terms of effects on the ECS (endocannabinoid system). In general CBD is great or things like inflammation, recovery, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, epilepsy, drug addiction withdrawal (including nicotine) and several other heatlh benefits....People often have the misconception that CBD is going to help them sleep, or calm them down but in reality CBD is a stimulant. So those "sleep" gummies you have been taking with CBD in it....They have a shite ton of melatonin....that's what is making you sleepy, not the Cannabidiol.....

CBG is the mother of all cannabinoids. This cannabinoid enhances any and all of the other cannabinoids found in the plant. A lot of companies are pushing it for "focus"...While studies have shown that it helps with mental cognition and memory (especially in Dementia and Alzheimer's patients) we've seen incredible results in our topical balms and edibles. My experience with CBG is that it makes the CBD, THC and CBN more potent and beneficial. Especially when we are targeting a specific muscle or area of the body. I mix a blend of CBG, CBD and THC flower for my morning smoke and it's like taking an adderall without the terrible side effects.

Cannabinol aka CBN is my favorite cannabinoid of all. CBN is an anti convulsant and anti inflammatory. It can act as an appetite stimulant, pain reliever and sleep aid when paired with other cannabinoids especially THC...CBN in an isolated form isn't very psychoactive in nature but when combined with Delta 9 THC it can be an amazing natural pain reliever. My experiences with CBN is that it's an incredible sleep aid. My mind is always racing and going 1000 miles an hour so it helps slow down my brain processes and helps me stay asleep.

The more cannabinoids you can put into your body the better you will feel. ANY cannabinoid in an isolated form will perform minimally compared to when other cannabinoids are present. It's called the "Entourage Effect". It's the most important part of cannabis consumption.
