Anyone else's ATT home internet not working around Madisonville?

I was about to ask if you tried their chat, but I guess you can't without internet.

With that said, frick AT&T & Direct TV.

You are posting here so you obviously have some internet access, do you have a twitter account? Seriously, send them a tweet. Just say something like "My internet has been out since yesterday & I can't get in touch with anyone @att (or whatever their twitter handle is). Sometimes companies do respond to tweets when you tweet about problems.

I did this with mcdonalds a few months ago. I asked them why is getting ice cream such a big deal and a problem that exist at many locations and they responded the next day telling me some bullshite about how it is because the machines have to be cleaned. I told them Wendy's never has that problem and they didn't respond to that, but the twitter thing is just an option.

Finally got a real person on the phone, did some troubleshooting and it's the line coming in or hardware issue. Tech cant come out until Sat.
