Still too many idiots.
When we were looking for investment property, one of the agents was a 40 something female with a nose ring. No way in hell I'm giving you 6 figures of my money and you walking around looking like an idiot. Too old for that shite. And it is not professional. Impressions still matter.

I went to school with a girl that had a diamond nose ring in Jr. High in 1985. They've been around for a long time.
