Idk, it's my first time seeing that happen.
I honestly didn't know any subject matters were off-limits like that based on the majority of threads/posts that I see.
Eta: I think if the thread title had been worded differently, it wouldn't have gotten the ax that quickly.

I didn't know there was that discrepancy though before your thread bc pretty much the same convo is going on in page 7-8 of another thread and it's good to go.
Eta: I think that's why the title got you on the first thread, if it would've been a subtle one that could lead to a convo it probably would've stuck for longer.
