In the past two weeks I’ve recouped all the money i lost when that 3x leveraged oil ETN dissolved. So I got that going for me. Still a little meh though

Consider taking St. John's-wort. It is "most commonly used for "the blues" or depression and symptoms that sometimes go along with mood such as nervousness, tiredness, poor appetite, and trouble sleeping. There is some strong scientific evidence that it is effective for mild to moderate depression."

Take Vitamin D3. Or get some sun.

Maybe take Vitamin B12 or a B vitamin complex. Or eat chicken or calves liver a couple times a month.

Get some excercise. Walking a mile or two will get you blood and juices flowing.
