It sucks everywhere right now with phones...for some reason the Central African Republic, a shite hole of a country, seems to have figured out how to build cellular networks while we in the USA seem to have yet to figure it out.

Just like AT&T back in the fall. Isn't cutting off communication one of the steps to establishing socialism/communism?
