I have a lil house just for me. It is about 200 sq ft and was built as a movable camp for hunting over the levee. It is solid as a real house and has everything you need for a small getaway. I just use it for an arts and crafts studio.
ETA: if bf can build a base and get that sucker to float he is more than welcome to make his own lil houseboat.
