Let me ask you this- I’ve heard that the body cannot digest or metabolize more than 15g of protein at one time.
Is that true? Bc my plan was to have two protein waters a day in addition to my meals. Each scoop of the protein powder I posted has 15g of protein in it.

yeah I can't imagine those would taste all that great. & Ohh noo, I wouldn't worry much about the amount the body can digest at one time. Typically when I do a shake, I do two full scoops which is 50g of protein
I also make it in the blender with ice and a tbsp of peanut butter. It's like ice cream and kills my sweet cravings at night
