1) Blast them on Social media - X, Facebook, Google, you name it. Be as detailed as possible.
2) Hop on LinkedIn - Every single CEO, president, etc. is on there. All you need is there name. Send a blanket e-mail to everyone you can find.
In two minutes I have found:
The director of HR
Direct of Talent Acquisition
Director of Labor Optimization
VP of Supply Chain
SVP of Operations
CEO
Regional Vice President
I've spent the last 10 years at Fortune 50 companies. These emails get filters, and immediately get assigned to an executive escalation team. It will get handled.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
[first].[last]@lowes.com:
.
This is the most prevalent format, with a dot separating the first and last names.
[first_initial][last]@lowes.com:
.
This format uses the first initial of the first name followed by the entire last name.
[first][last]@lowes.com:
.
This format combines the first and last names without any separators.
[first]@lowes.com:
.
In some cases, the email might only include the first name, though this is less common.
[first_initial].[last]@lowes.com:
.
Another variation might use the first initial followed by a dot and then the last name.
