At least yall have an A+. Ole Miss went to +/- without it

That's just fricking stupid. That being said, maintaining a 97+ is hard as a mofo. Don't care if it's underwater basket weaving. I had a 98.5, made a 93 on a mid term and it made it next to impossible to get back. I know I'm splitting hairs but I've gotten kinda obsessed with the numbers game of it all.

Yeah, but its not really up to LSU, its up to the professor. I'll just tell you what I know:

1. Your professor will say that they don't round up for any grade, most don't
2. Most professors don't like giving A+'s
3. I don't think a 96.5 would have been an A+ in any of my classes
4. Be happy with your 4 points. As someone else said none of that matters after college anyway.

Only reason I'm bitching is cause I was hoping it was gonna balance out the 2.7 in another course. But instead I got double fricked lol

ell I guess my prof feels a 96.55 rounds down. fricking bullshite

If you're looking to get into a masters or doctorate program, they'll adjust that bullshite +/- thing to something called adjusted GPA anyway, so don't fret

Very true none of it matters after college, BUT the only way the switch to +/- should have happened was through a student vote. Which would have been very easy, since there is already an online voting system set up for LSU's student government elections.

Doesn't an A=A+ for the grading scale aka 4.0? An A+ does not = 4.3, only 4.0. At least I've never heard of it in college. Also,.55 isn't that close to rounding up. I've seen .9x rounded down. Professors don't have any obligation to round up.
