Did this a few minutes ago. Pulled it because the oil from the pork roast I browned started to smoke but it may have had another 50-75 degrees left. Was only on max for a minute.

I'm a fan of mixed blackness but will eat either.

I guess I am a weird one. I usually cut up about a quarter at a time. I cut everything up before I eat it pancakes, waffles, chicken, pork, roast, anything solid gets cut up before I start eating.
